How do I submit a referral?
Just fill out the referral form on this page with your buyer’s full name and contact details — we’ll take care of the rest.
What if my referral already talked to another agent?
As long as they haven’t officially reserved under someone else, we can tag them under your name — send them to us ASAP!.
How can i received the referral fee?
Your referral fee will be given via G-cash or bank transfer. Once your referred client is officially reserve and submitted a complete requirements, we will be asking your bank or g-cash account details where we can send your referral fee. Amount of referral pay-out shall not over than the actual initial payment paid by the buyer. For the instance that you are qualified for P10,000 referral fee in your succeeding referral for the month, whatever balance of your referral fee will be release upon the housing loan take-out of your buyer.
How much is the referral fee?
Your referral fee is P5,000 per client. You can also received additional incentives in cash or in kind if you refer more than 1 client in a month.
